But how do you know if you have this problem? Doctors explain that one of the great disadvantages of those who do not have breath is that the nose ends up getting used to the smell, making it difficult for the person to notice the discomfort.

- Do you drink alcohol more than twice a week?
- Do you fast for many hours?
- Snore?
- Do you feel your mouth dry often?
- Do you notice a whitish layer on the bottom of the tongue?
- Do you have tartar?
- Is your intestine stuck?
- Does your gum bleed during oral hygiene?
- Do people offer you candy or gum frequently?
- Do people distance themselves to talk to you?
- You haven’t been to the dentist in over six months?
- Do you diet?
If you answer yes to more than one of these questions and if the smell on your wrist is not among the best, some problem may be causing you to have bad breath. If the “black” picture is repeated for a day or two, it is better to see a doctor and investigate the bad smell’s cause right away.
