Last Updated: [February 2026]
MongersMint LLP (“MongersMint”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to client satisfaction and transparency. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients (“you”, “your”) may cancel services, request refunds, or modify their engagements with us.
This policy applies to all services offered by MongersMint LLP, including but not limited to:
-
Marketing Services (SEO, Paid Ads, Web Development, Content Marketing, PR & Reputation Management)
-
MongersMint Platform Subscriptions (CRM, automation, analytics, and associated SaaS modules)
-
White‑Label Platform Resale Plans
-
Project‑Based Services (website development, branding, custom projects)
By engaging with any of our services, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions.
1. General Refund Principles
1.1 No‑Refund Policy – General Rule
Unless expressly stated otherwise in this policy or in a separate written agreement (such as a Statement of Work or Proposal), all fees paid to MongersMint LLP are non‑refundable.
This policy reflects the nature of digital marketing and technology services, where work commences immediately upon payment, including but not limited to:
-
Platform provisioning and configuration.
-
Strategic planning, audits, and research.
-
Content creation, campaign setup, and third‑party integrations.
-
Allocation of dedicated resources, team members, and tools.
1.2 Exceptions to the General Rule
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
-
Technical Failure: If we are unable to deliver core services due to a technical failure on our part and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 15 business days), you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the portion of the service not delivered.
-
Duplicate or Erroneous Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same service or invoice due to a system error, we will refund the duplicate charge within 7–10 business days upon verification.
-
Service Not Initiated: If you cancel your order within 48 hours of payment and before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund, subject to deduction of payment gateway or transaction processing fees (typically 2–4%).
-
Trial Period Guarantee: Certain packages or promotional offers may include a trial or money‑back guarantee (for example, a “7‑day satisfaction guarantee” or “$1 trial period”). The specific terms and eligibility criteria for such offers will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase and documented in your order confirmation.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Monthly Subscription Services (Platform & Recurring Marketing Services)
Monthly subscriptions (including the MongersMint Platform and recurring marketing retainers) operate on an auto‑renewal basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the following:
-
Cancellation Notice: You must provide written notice of cancellation via email to the contact address provided in your Agreement or on www.mongersmint.com at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
-
No Prorated Refunds: If you cancel mid‑cycle (i.e., after payment has been processed for the current month), you will retain access to the services until the end of the prepaid billing period, but no prorated refunds will be issued for unused days or services.
-
Early Termination of Lock‑In Periods: Certain packages (for example, Social Media packages or SEO retainers) may include a minimum commitment period or lock‑in (e.g., 3 months, 4 months, or 6 months). If you terminate the engagement before the end of the agreed minimum term, no refund will be issued for any prepaid or advance payments, and you may be required to pay outstanding fees for the remainder of the minimum period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 Annual or Prepaid Subscriptions
For annual plans or multi‑month prepayments:
-
Prepaid periods are non‑refundable once the subscription has been activated, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
-
Cancellation with Advance Notice: You may cancel an annual plan by providing 30 days’ written notice. However, no refund will be issued for any unused months remaining in the prepaid term. Access will continue until the end of the prepaid period.
2.3 Project‑Based and One‑Time Services (Website Development, Branding, Custom Projects)
Project‑based services (such as website development, logo design, or custom integrations) are billed either as a one‑time fee or in milestone‑based stages (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% upon completion).
-
Pre‑Work Cancellation: If you cancel the project before work begins (i.e., before initial audit, wireframes, or strategy documents are delivered), you are eligible for a full refund minus payment gateway fees.
-
Cancellation After Work Commencement: Once work has commenced, refunds will be calculated on a milestone or stage‑completion basis. Completed work (including audits, research, drafts, mockups, or content delivered) will be billed in full, and only unstarted portions of the project may be eligible for refund.
-
Approved Mockups or Designs: Once you have approved design mockups, wireframes, content drafts, or any deliverable for a project, that phase of work is considered complete and non‑refundable.
-
Abandoned or Dormant Projects: If a project remains inactive or dormant for more than 30 calendar days due to a lack of feedback, approvals, or required inputs from your side, all payments made will be considered non‑refundable, and the project may be closed without further obligation on our part.
2.4 SEO, Paid Ads, Content Marketing and PR Services
Due to the nature of digital marketing campaigns, which involve research, strategy, content creation, and third‑party platform setup (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and content distribution):
-
No Refunds Post‑Campaign Launch: Once campaigns are live, content is published, or ad budgets are deployed, no refunds will be issued for the service fees (separate from ad spend).
-
Ad Spend vs. Service Fees: Any third‑party advertising spend (e.g., Google Ads budget, Meta Ads budget) is separate from our service or management fees. Ad spend is non‑refundable and is paid directly to the platform or billed separately. Our service fees for managing those campaigns are also non‑refundable once campaign setup and management work have commenced.
-
Cancellation Notice for Recurring Marketing Services: Clients may cancel recurring SEO, Paid Ads, or Content Marketing retainers by providing 30 days’ written notice. You will be billed for the current month and the 30‑day notice period. No refunds will be issued for any work completed or in progress during that period.

We will make reasonable efforts to restore services as quickly as possible and communicate any significant disruptions to clients in a timely manner.
6. Non‑Performance and Service Guarantees
6.1 Results‑Based Disclaimers
Digital marketing results depend on multiple external factors, including search engine algorithms, advertising platform policies, competitive landscape, market conditions, and the quality of your business offering.
MongersMint LLP does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, lead quantities, or revenue outcomes. Therefore, refunds will not be issued solely on the basis of unmet expectations regarding performance metrics such as rankings, traffic, or conversions, unless we have failed to deliver the agreed scope of work or deliverables as documented in the SOW.
6.2 Delivery of Agreed Scope
We are committed to delivering all services and deliverables as outlined in your Agreement. If we fail to deliver the agreed scope of work due to our own negligence or failure, we will work with you to remedy the issue or provide a fair and reasonable resolution, which may include partial refunds or service credits at our discretion.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

-
Immediately suspend or terminate your access to all services and the Platform.
-
Pursue recovery of any outstanding amounts, including chargeback fees and legal costs.
-
Report the incident to the relevant authorities if fraud or abuse is suspected.
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing or service concerns before initiating a chargeback.

In the event of a billing or refund dispute, both parties agree to make good‑faith efforts to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it will be subject to the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions outlined in our Terms and Conditions, with jurisdiction in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
8. Consumer Rights Under Indian Law
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair and transparent in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and applicable e‑commerce and digital services regulations.
If you believe that you have not received services as agreed or that there has been a deficiency in service, you may have the right to file a complaint with the appropriate consumer forum or authority under Indian law. However, we encourage you to contact us first so that we may resolve the matter directly and efficiently.
